Six things to check before you buy a sauna in the UAE
- Installed price, not kit price. Ask whether delivery, installation, electrics connection and VAT are included. Our prices include delivery, installation and warranty; VAT is added.
- A local warranty and service. A UAE-based warranty means someone can come out if a controller or heater needs attention. Ours is a one-year local warranty.
- Built for UAE conditions. Heat-treated timber, sealed joints and insulation matter in a hot, humid climate, especially outdoors.
- The right power supply. Most home saunas should run on single-phase 220V. Large traditional or hybrid rooms may need three-phase; check before you buy.
- A real heater or panel brand. Traditional saunas should use a proven heater (we fit Harvia, made in Finland). Infrared should use full-spectrum panels sized to the cabin.
- A site survey before you pay. Space, access, ventilation and power should be checked in person. Our survey is free.

What is the best sauna for a Dubai apartment?
A compact infrared sauna. It runs on standard 220V, has no steam, costs well under AED 1 per session and fits a 90 × 90 cm space (Noor 1, from AED 18,000) or 120 × 105 cm for two (Noor 2, from AED 25,500).
What is the best outdoor sauna for UAE weather?
A cabin built from heat-treated timber with sealed joints and a shade roof. Thermahack outdoor saunas start from AED 29,900 (Sahra infrared); Ghaf is the outdoor traditional option from AED 35,900.
Which is better, infrared or traditional?
Infrared is best for frequent, gentle 30–45 minute sessions and the lowest running cost. Traditional is best for heat and steam at 80–110°C in short rounds. A hybrid gives you both.
How much should I budget for a good home sauna in Dubai?
From about AED 18,000 + VAT for a quality one-person infrared sauna installed, AED 25,500–28,000 for two to three people and AED 28,000–50,000 for traditional saunas. Make sure the price includes delivery, installation and a local warranty.
