Who we are

What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, mobile number, location or community, the sauna you are interested in and any message you send.
- How you found us: campaign tags in the page address (for example utm_source) and the page you enquired from.
- Website usage data collected by analytics and advertising tools, where enabled, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site survey, prepare a quote and deliver your order.
- To provide warranty and after-sales support.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
When you submit an enquiry, your details are passed to WhatsApp so you can send them to us. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example installation partners, CRM and analytics providers), and where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed to provide our services, support your warranty and meet legal obligations.
