Noor 2 warms your body directly with infrared at around 70°C, with no stones or water. A traditional sauna such as Oud 2 heats the air to 110°C with a Harvia stove and lets you pour water for steam. Infrared suits longer, gentler, more frequent sessions at lower running cost.
Can I add red light therapy?
Yes. Red light therapy (660 nm and 850 nm LED tubes, sauna-rated) can be added to any infrared or hybrid cabin. See Finishes & upgrades for pricing.
What happens at the free site survey?
We visit, measure the space, check the access route for the panels and confirm your power supply. You then receive an itemised written quote within 24 hours. There is no deposit and no obligation.
Is the warranty handled locally?
Yes. Every Thermahack sauna has a 1-year warranty on parts and labour, handled by our UAE team with locally held spare parts, so you are never waiting on an overseas claim.
