How an infrared sauna works

An infrared sauna uses full-spectrum panels that warm your body directly rather than heating the air. The cabin stays at a comfortable 45–70°C, so most people stay in for 30–45 minutes.

There are no stones, no water and no steam, which keeps maintenance minimal and makes infrared the most practical choice for apartments and everyday use.

Choosing the right size

Noor 1 (90 × 90 cm) suits one person and most apartments. Noor 2 (120 × 105 cm) is the everyday choice for couples. Noor 3 (180 × 130 cm) seats three or lets one person lie back. Sahra brings the same heat outdoors.

Running an infrared sauna in the UAE

Our infrared cabins draw 1.8–3.3 kW. On current DEWA tariffs that is roughly AED 0.40–1.15 per 45-minute session including preheat, which makes daily use affordable.

How much is an infrared sauna in Dubai?

Thermahack infrared saunas start from AED 18,000 for Noor 1, with delivery and installation included. Two-person Noor 2 is from AED 22,000 and the outdoor Sahra from AED 29,900.

Do infrared saunas need special electrics?

No. All our infrared cabins run on a standard 220V single-phase supply. We confirm the power point at the free survey.

Infrared or traditional: which is better?

Neither is better; they are different. Infrared is gentler and longer at 45–70°C with no steam. Traditional is short and intense at 80–110°C with steam. See our infrared vs traditional guide, or choose a hybrid for both.
