What the survey checks.
Nothing is manufactured until we have seen your space. It is how we avoid surprises on installation day.
- The exact space, ceiling height and clearances
- The access route for the panels: doors, lifts, corridors, gates
- Your power supply: 220V or three-phase, and where the circuit will run
- For outdoor saunas: the base, shade and drainage
- Ventilation for indoor rooms
- Your preferred finish, lighting and upgrades
How long from first message to first session?
Typically about five to six weeks: a survey within 48 hours, a quote within 24 hours of the survey, about four weeks to manufacture, and one visit to install.
Do I pay anything before the survey?
No. The site survey is free and there is no deposit or obligation. You only pay once you have approved a written quote.
Who installs the sauna?
Our installation team delivers, assembles, connects and tests the sauna, then walks you through your first session.
