Thermahack saunas start from AED 18,000 for the Noor 1 infrared cabin, with delivery and installation included. Traditional saunas start from AED 28,000 and Signature hybrids from AED 33,900. You receive an itemised written quote within 24 hours of your free site survey.

An infrared sauna warms your body directly with full-spectrum panels at 45–70°C, so sessions are longer and gentler, and it runs on a normal 220V supply. A traditional Finnish sauna uses a Harvia stove and stones to heat the air to 80–110°C, with steam when you pour water over the stones. A hybrid sauna gives you both in one cabin.

Both. Every Thermahack sauna is manufactured in the UAE, and we supply, deliver and install it across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates, with a one-year local warranty.

Most of our saunas run on the standard 220V single-phase supply a UAE villa or apartment already has. The larger Hilal and Majlis hybrids need three-phase. We check your supply at the site survey, before you pay anything.

Yes. Noor 1 needs only 90 × 90 cm and runs on a normal circuit. We confirm room size, lift and corridor access, and power at the survey.

Our outdoor cabins are built in heat-treated Thermo Spruce with 50 mm insulation in every wall and tested for UAE heat and rain. Some shade, such as a pergola or our shade roof, keeps the timber looking newer for longer.

A site survey within 48 hours of your message, a quote within 24 hours of the survey, then about four weeks to build in the UAE and one visit to install and hand over.

Every sauna has a 1-year warranty on parts and labour, handled by our UAE team with locally held spare parts.

The cabin, its heating system, accessories, delivery, installation, handover and a 1-year local warranty. Upgrades such as salt walls, star-light ceilings, red light therapy or a shade roof are quoted separately.

Yes. Our Atelier service builds saunas to any dimension, including curved alcoves and built-in rooms, working from your measurements or your architect’s drawings.

Yes: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Travel to more distant locations may be noted in your quote.

Most standard cabins are installed and handed over in a single visit. Custom and commercial projects are scheduled per project.

A level, load-bearing surface such as an existing patio, deck or paved area. We check it at the survey and tell you if anything needs preparing.

Based on current DEWA tariffs, an infrared session costs roughly AED 0.40–1.15 including preheat. A 4.5 kW traditional sauna costs roughly AED 1.30–2.10 for an hour including heat-up.

Many owners use an infrared sauna daily and a traditional sauna several times a week. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or take medication, check with your doctor before starting.

Leave the door ajar after use so the cabin dries, wipe the benches occasionally, and on traditional saunas turn or replace the stones after heavy use. We cover it all at handover.
