Warranty & care
Every Thermahack sauna comes with a 1-year local warranty on parts and labour, a UAE support team and locally held spare parts.
Infrared saunas
- Leave the door ajar for 15–20 minutes after use
- Wipe benches with a damp cloth and mild, natural cleaner
- Use a towel on the bench to protect the timber
- Keep panels free of water and cleaning sprays
Traditional saunas
- Leave the door ajar so the cabin dries after steam
- Use only clean water on the stones
- Turn the stones periodically and replace them after heavy use
- Keep the area around the heater clear
Outdoor saunas in the UAE
Shade over the cabin in summer keeps the timber looking newer. Check the base and drainage after heavy rain, and keep sand away from the door seals.

What does the warranty cover?
The 1-year warranty covers parts and labour on the cabin, heaters, panels, controller and wiring from the date of handover. It does not cover damage from misuse, unapproved modifications or normal wear such as sauna stones.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 745 7406 with your reference and a photo or video of the issue. Our UAE team arranges a visit, and spare parts are held locally.
Do you offer maintenance after the warranty?
Yes. We offer service visits and annual maintenance plans for residential and commercial saunas.
