Two ways to get a sauna room
A sauna cabin is a complete room in a box: walls, glass front, benches, heater or infrared panels and controls, made in our UAE workshop and assembled in your home in one visit. It is the fastest and most affordable option and can be moved if you move house.
A built-in sauna room is made to your measurements: an alcove, a storeroom, a pool house or part of a home gym. We design it with you, then line, insulate and finish it in place. See bespoke saunas for examples.

Infrared or traditional sauna room?
An infrared room runs at 45–70°C for long, gentle sessions, has no steam and costs well under AED 1 per session to run. A traditional room heats the air to 80–110°C with steam from the stones for short, intense rounds. Compare them in infrared vs traditional sauna, or choose a hybrid sauna for both.

How much does a sauna room cost in Dubai?
A ready-made sauna cabin starts from AED 18,000 + VAT for a one-person infrared room (Noor 1) and from AED 28,000 for a two-person traditional room (Oud 2), with delivery and installation included. A built-in sauna room made to your measurements is quoted after a free site survey.
How much space do I need for a sauna room?
From 90 × 90 cm floor space and 190 cm height for a one-person infrared room. Two people need about 120 × 105 cm (infrared) or 150 × 120 cm (traditional); a four-person traditional room is about 200 × 200 cm.
Can you convert an existing room or storeroom into a sauna?
Often, yes. We line the space with insulation and heat-treated timber, add the heater or infrared panels, lighting, glass and a controller. We check ventilation, power and access at the free survey before quoting.
Does a sauna room need special electrics?
Most of our sauna rooms run on standard single-phase 220V. Larger traditional and hybrid rooms may need a dedicated circuit or three-phase supply, which we confirm at the survey.
How long does it take to install a sauna room?
After the survey you get a written quote within 24 hours. Manufacturing takes about four weeks, and most cabins are installed in a single visit.
