With two heating systems in a 2 × 2 metre cabin, the total draw is 12 kW, beyond a single-phase household circuit. It is often a dedicated circuit from an existing three-phase board rather than a supply upgrade.
Is curved glass safe outdoors?
Yes. It is tempered safety glass formed to the curve and built for outdoor installation in UAE conditions.
What happens at the free site survey?
We visit, measure the space, check the access route for the panels and confirm your power supply. You then receive an itemised written quote within 24 hours. There is no deposit and no obligation.
Is the warranty handled locally?
Yes. Every Thermahack sauna has a 1-year warranty on parts and labour, handled by our UAE team with locally held spare parts, so you are never waiting on an overseas claim.
