How a red light sauna works
The sauna itself is an infrared sauna: full-spectrum panels warm your body directly at 45–70°C. Red light therapy adds LED tubes at 660 nm and 850 nm, rated for sauna heat, that you switch on during your session. Because infrared cabins run at moderate temperatures, a 30–45 minute session with the red light on is comfortable.
Which saunas can have red light?
- Infrared: Noor 1 (from AED 18,000), Noor 2 (AED 25,500), Noor 3 (AED 28,000) and outdoor Sahra (AED 29,900).
- Hybrid: Sidr, Hilal and Majlis, for red light plus the steam of a Harvia stove.
- Not traditional-only cabins (Oud, Ghaf): there are no infrared panels to pair with.

How much is a red light therapy sauna in Dubai?
Our infrared saunas start from AED 18,000 + VAT installed (Noor 1). Red light therapy is added for AED 4,200 per unit, or as part of the Signature bundle (salt wall, star-light ceiling and red light) for AED 9,900.
What wavelengths do you use?
Sauna-rated LED tubes at 660 nm (visible red) and 850 nm (near-infrared), mounted inside the cabin.
Can red light be added to a traditional sauna?
No. Red light therapy needs an infrared or hybrid cabin. If you want steam and red light, choose a hybrid sauna such as Sidr, Hilal or Majlis.
Is a red light sauna the same as an infrared sauna?
Not quite. An infrared sauna warms you with full-spectrum infrared panels. Red light therapy adds dedicated 660/850 nm LED tubes you can switch on during a session.
